Along Side a strong passion for dance I have always had a passion for health and fitness which is why I decided to become a personal trainer as well as a dance teacher after having some time off work to become a full time mum after the birth of my son Liam who is now twelve going on twenty one ! previously I tort ballet tap and Modern at the Judy Davies school of dance where I gained my teaching qualifications , I am proud to say I became the Principal of the Judy Davies school of dance for several years after purchasing it from Judy Davies when she retired after a life long carear in dance.

Through posture and movement assessments we will discover which of your muscles are in need of stretching and which are in need of strengthening. From this I will know which exercises are needed to bring you back to natural balance. Good posture will not only improve overall ease of movement it also helps prevent a wide range of problems including muscle strains, tension head aches, back and neck complaints from these more mild condtions to increasingly severe ones such as crumberling discs and so on.
